Seller Rules and Terms
You are welcome to use Tmall services with all Tmall platform operators. Please read the seller rules carefully.
1. After entering the platform, sellers should fully understand the relevant regulations, including but not limited to product quality standards, intellectual property protection, e-commerce transaction rules, advertising requirements, etc. It is necessary to ensure that the goods sold meet the requirements of the platform and laws and regulations to avoid negative impacts on the business caused by violations.
2. To become a Tmall individual seller, you need to upload and pass the identity real-name authentication. It is prohibited to use false information or other people's identities.
3. The seller's store must have at least 15 products on the shelves. If the seller's store does not meet the minimum shelf standards for a long time, the store will be listed as abnormal.
4. The store name and LOGO must not infringe on the trademark or brand rights of others.
5. It is prohibited to sell counterfeit and pirated goods, and it is not allowed to infringe on the trademarks and patents of others.
6. The seller's order must be shipped within 24 hours. If it exceeds 24 hours, the buyer has the right to complain to the seller for overdue delivery. If the seller receives more than 3 complaints in the same month, the store will be frozen. (Malicious complaints are not included)
7. No insults, foul language, derogatory, intimidating or threatening unprofessional behavior.
8. The commission for each item is 20%. After the buyer confirms receipt, the payment and commission will automatically arrive at the seller's store. If the buyer does not confirm receipt, the system will automatically confirm receipt within 7 days.
9. From 2025, new stores will have one month of traffic support.
10.The highest store rating is 5 stars. A new store is rated 0 stars. Within 2 weeks of opening, Tmall will rate the store based on its operating conditions. After that, the store rating will be updated from time to time every week based on the operating conditions.
11. To recharge your wallet, please contact the customer service manager in the lower right corner.
12. Warning and notification: Once violations are found, Tmall will issue a warning to the seller and require rectification within a time limit.
Account suspension: For sellers who seriously violate the rules or refuse to change after repeated warnings, Tmall has the right to suspend their accounts until the problem is resolved.
Account termination: For sellers who seriously violate the platform rules, Tmall has the right to terminate their accounts and prohibit them from entering again.
Legal prosecution: For sellers involved in illegal acts, Tmall will reserve the right to pursue their legal responsibilities.
